In this investigation, students figure out a mathematical relationship that they can use to determine where to place two or more objects with different masses on a seesaw so it will balance.
The Cars on a Giant Seesaw kit includes all the materials that students will need to design and carry out an investigation.
Each kit contains enough materials for eight groups of students.
Materials:
- Teeterboards
- Washers
- Cloth Meter Sticks
