Returns and Exceptions:

Instructions for Returns:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and include a copy of your receipt and the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
