Product details
In this investigation, students figure out what happens to the weight of a substance when it changes from a solid to a liquid or a liquid to a solid.
The States of Matter and Weight (or Mass) kit includes all the materials students will need to design and carry out an investigation.
This kit is used in 3rd grade Texas and 5th grade NGSS.
Each kit contains enough materials for six groups of students.
Materials:
- Test Tubes for Lard
- Test Tubes for Wax Pellets
- Test Tubes for Water
- Test Tubes for Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Chips
- Wax pellets
- Lard
- Glass Beaker
