In this investigation, students figure out what causes tree roots near rivers or streams to be exposed.
The Exposed Tree Roots kit includes materials that students will need to design and carry out an investigation.
Each kit contains enough materials for six groups of students.

- Grid Transparencies
- Bottles (with holes punched in the cap)
- Measuring Cups
- Note: Sand is not included
