Learn directly from Dr. Victor Sampson, creator of the ADI instructional model, and leave prepared to facilitate an Introduction to ADI workshop in your own district or organization. This Facilitator Institute includes a full day of in-person learning with Dr. Sampson, an editable facilitator slide deck and supporting resources, plus a two-hour virtual follow-up in January to strengthen your facilitation and support implementation.

Dr. Victor Sampson
Dr. Sampson developed the Argument-Driven Inquiry instructional model and co-authored the ADI book series. He leads this institute himself, so participants are not learning a secondhand version of the model. They can ask the person who designed it why each move works and how to adapt it for their own teachers.

What you take with you
You leave ready to run the workshop, not to build it
Every participant leaves with access to the ADI certified trainer folder and the full set of facilitator materials for the Introduction to ADI workshop. You are delivering the same workshop you just experienced, with the same slides and the same resources, edited to fit your teachers.

$695 per person after October 31. Save $100 by registering early.

Reserve your seat
This institute is open to everyone. You do not need to work in Prosper ISD, or in Texas, to attend: public districts, charters, private schools, and education service centers are all welcome, wherever you are coming from. Teams get more out of the day than individuals do, so bring a partner if you can. One registration per person, so fill out the form once for each person attending.

Policies and logistics
Minimum and maximum
This institute runs with a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 45. If the minimum is not met four weeks before the workshop date, the session will be cancelled or rescheduled and every registered participant is refunded in full.
Cancellations and substitutions

Room and meals
Tables are arranged for groups of three to four. Coffee and snacks are provided in the morning and at the afternoon break. Lunch is on your own, and we will send a short list of nearby places with your confirmation email.
