Try our "Give Me Some Feedback Cards" cards.  These 5" x 7" cards help an observer focus on what is important for the teacher to do during an ADI lab. They also provide just enough space for an observer to write some helpful advice. It's easy, all you do is give a card to someone that you want to observe you (or leave a bunch outside your door for anyone to use). Then ask the observer to come watch you teach an ADI (or just leave your door open for people to walk in and join you).  The observer can then fill out the card and then leave it on your desk. This is a great tool for making observations educative instead of evaluative. 

The front side of the card includes a set of student-centered goals for teachers that you and the observer can quickly look for while inside the classroom and checkboxes that he or she can quickly fill out during the observations.  The backside includes three prompts to help the observer give helpful feedback.
